I am a classically trained musician, and hold the position of Director of Music at Trucksville United Methodist Church, where I serve as organist and worship leader, directing four choirs. I have played many classical recitals in various area churches, and have been featured several times on the radio program "Music from St. Stephen's" on WVIA-FM. |
Besides being a church musician, I play select private parties and black-tie affairs using my Technics KN-2000 keyboard and 350-watt sound system. In addition, I connect the keyboard to my computer through MIDI (musical instrument digital interface), which opens all types of musical opportunities: arranging of music for choir and other instruments, composing, printing of musical scores, and multitrack recording capabilities. I enjoy arranging and sequencing pieces to make the keyboard sound like a whole orchestra! |

I enjoy reading about airplanes and flight. But I don't just read about things -- I really get into them! I use computer technology to allow me to fly! I am an avid flight simulator pilot, and I use an airplane control yoke and rudder pedals (from CH Products) in conjunction with a GoFlight airplane console. I use Microsoft Flight Simulator to get me into the air. What a way to relax! |
As a big airplane enthusiast, I also enjoy traveling to air shows throughout the year, and observing the planes at the Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE), the Wilkes-Barre Wyoming Valley Airport (WVW), and Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport (AVP). I also enjoy listening in on their radio communications with a radio scanner. |
